Superhero games use to be a sure fire loser. The ratio of good versus bad games was easily 1 to 10 until a few years ago. With the release of Batman: Arkham Asylum and Spiderman Shattered Dimension things really turned around. Now new good superhero games are coming out all the time.
The Superman game for iPhone/iPad is a perfect example. It is an overarching Superman story with a series of mini games. You get you use all of Superman powers and the story advances as you complete harder and hard mini games.
